Naturela sells cheese, milk, eggs and bread from small Bulgarian farms. We built the shop, the software that runs it, and the driver app that gets the basket to your door.
A farm shop lives or dies on trust: where the cheese comes from, who made the yoghurt, whether the eggs arrive in one piece. So every product carries its farm and its maker, and the catalogue is split the way people actually shop — dairy, meat, bread, pantry, sweets, gluten-free, wine, gifts — with search on top. Behind the storefront sits the part customers never see: an admin panel where the shop manages products and orders, delivery zones that decide who can order what, and a driver view that moves each order from packed to delivered in real time. Card payments go through the bank's 3D Secure page. And because people buy food with their eyes, we shot vertical video ads on the farm itself.
