A property developer's showroom, with the buildings in 3D

Adivia Homes

Recorded walkthrough

Varna's Adivia Homes needed buyers to walk a building before it exists. So we put the buildings on the page in 3D — drag to spin, click a floor, see what's inside.

Selling an apartment that isn't built yet is a trust problem. Photos of a finished lobby only go so far; buyers want to know which floor, which side, how the light falls. We built the project pages around 3D models of the buildings themselves — drag to rotate, pick a floor, drop into the plan. Around that sits the rest of the business: residential and commercial developments, renovation, project management, turnkey finishing. Three languages throughout, because Varna's buyers are Bulgarian, Russian and English-speaking in roughly equal measure.
